Pros
Family oriented environment. Company has gone through a lot of changes recently some good and some bad but new acquisition and new people are creating a positive environment.
Cons
Some negative people still around that need to either change there attitudes or find another job. Medical benefits cost went up significantly but the cost is still cheap compared to other people I know
