Pros
Other techs are great to work with. Not bad a bad gig for 3 months.
Cons
No benefits. No raises. Employment WILL NOT last more than 3 months no matter what. Senior techs and "rovers" are worthless and extremely unhelpful if needed. They don't care anyway knowing you'll be gone soon. Management is in a different world, I have no idea why they are in the position they are.
