Pros
Exposure to various technologies and products due to so many mergers and acquisitions. If you find a good leader, they are few and far between.
Cons
Wring you out of all productivity. Treated as a cog in a wheel. Push you into roles/situations you do not want or did not ask for because "there's no one else to do it". Barely at market-level compensation for roles. No clear career paths. Out of touch leadership. Mess of systems and processes due to M&As with little planning; only care about bottom line.
