People are miserable. Think of the most uninspiring and thankless environment…then multiply that by 100. Sr leadership rules by fear. Don’t expect any time off. Company can’t pay bills, and the good people leave all the time. You will burn out in less than 6 months. Woman who runs the company will tell you daily what a piece of crap you are. Run away from this company like you are on fire.
