Pros
I've never seen a company care less about their employees. Solera brags about running "lean." What that really means is they refuse to hire enough people, make employees work multiple roles (without proper compensation for the insane workloads they make you carry) and expect employees to work around the clock - nights, weekends, you name it. I've also never worked with ruder people. It's quite astonishing how some in management speak so disrespectfully and nastily to others. They have no interest in fixing any of this. They're just trying to cover it up. Don't be tricked into working here. And don't let their new branding and slogans touting integrity fool you. You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig.

Absolutely everything about the company. I legitimately cannot say one good thing about this place.
