Hi there, thank you for your comments. We’re really sorry to hear you weren’t happy with some elements of working here. We do have a robust feedback process in place for you no matter what you need to talk about. Starting with our dedicated employee feedback system on our Knowledge Portal, through our formal employee events and on to our open door policy across all management and HR functions. Our employee views are very important to us and we actively encourage everyone to be a part of what we continue to build at cap hpi. We feedback on your ideas at our employee briefings and on our Knowledge Portal. We wouldn’t do this if we didn’t value your suggestions or views. We don’t see any feedback as negative, if it helps us improve then it’s only ever positive feedback. We also have a dedicated process for dealing with more serious of complaints, where we will, where required, bring in external, independent assistance if necessary. It’s worrying to hear of your specific experience. Our process is there to ensure you don’t suffer in silence and that it is dealt with in the appropriate way. Kind regards, David

Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

The company has significant issues that make it difficult to recommend as a long-term workplace. HR support is virtually non-existent, leaving employees without meaningful assistance when concerns arise. Favoritism appears to influence decisions more than performance or merit, creating an unfair work environment. There are very few opportunities for career growth, and many employees find themselves in stagnant roles with little chance for advancement. Even when employees consistently exceed expectations and earn recognition, raises are infrequent or nonexistent, making it difficult to feel valued for hard work. Additionally, there is a noticeable lack of professionalism at the management level. Communication, accountability, and leadership standards need significant improvement. Overall, the company would benefit from investing in stronger leadership, a more effective HR department, and a culture that rewards performance fairly.
