Pros
The people here are respectable and easy-going. The workplace is not intense or difficult and everybody minds their own business. It is a quiet atmosphere with moderate noise here and there.
Cons
The work is monotonous and un-progressive. You don't get a chance to get audited or reviewed and it's difficult to approach management for any kind of raise or incentive.
