      The CTO there is treating employees as students in a school, with very bad salaries, also always late salaries, I felt like I was at primary school!

      - Flexible management - Good Salaries (same as top companies) - High transparency enviroment - Most of team players are seniors

      Cons

      - no company is perfect, she has different cons but it's normal at the end :D
