Not a good place for job security - Team Lead Solarity Employee Review

Pros

Good pay and bonus. Good benefits, great coworkers. Extra training if you need it. Fun holiday parties and Thank You Thursdays. Also has the opportunity to work from home.

Cons

No Stability, when I first started, the management was respectful, they took notice of your hard work and I received raises because of always being available for holidays and overtime and offering my services wherever needed. Management changed and that changed. Most people are stressed, worried daily they will loose there job for lack of speed vs quality. It used to be more about making sure the customer was taken care of, and the employees were happy, now it seems to be only about production. I loved this job and had hopes to retire there. In the end I felt bullied by someone that should have been a mentor as many do by this person. So it is a good job, just keep your head down and try not to stand out. Some have job security, most don't.

Cons

Working here was one of the worst experiences of my life. This company does not care about its employees at all. The pay is a joke and hasn’t increased since 2017, while the cost of living keeps going up. Raises are pennies and feel like an insult. Management is toxic, disorganized, and completely out of touch with reality. They constantly pile on extra work that isn’t part of your job and expect you to just deal with it without question. Mandatory overtime is nonstop — every single day, for years — and there’s zero respect for your time or mental health. To make things worse, the company outsources work overseas and holds those workers to much lower standards, leaving U.S. employees to pick up the slack. It’s unfair, exhausting, and demoralizing. If you value your sanity, your time, or your self-respect, stay far away from this place.
