Do not work here.
They make managers out of completely inept people, no empathy in the upper levels at all. If you are a woman and go out on sick leave you are not given German law position back after; as soon as they know you are removed of any previous responsibility. Good people with heart are worked into the ground or into heart attacks or pushed out. WFH policy is there but they do not trust the workers to actually WFH. You are lucky to have the same responsibilities when you come back from a 1 week vacation, let alone the direction of the company staying straight for more than 4 months at a time. Partners are treated horribly and I guess what BaFin does not care to look into will not hurt them tho it should.
If you want Fintech there are tons of other options. Don't consider this one and if you do I will wait to say I told you so after.
