Pros
I worked at Solarcraft for over 6 years. I found the President to be very fair with employees. He agonized when the downturn of 2018 forced him to layoff employees. He also took EVERY EMPLOYEE AND SPOUSE on a cruise to Cozumel when we hit our profit target number! He has a heart for people, and his first love is providing a good living for his employees and their families.
Cons
The company has made some mistakes (i.e. launching an I&E division without enough business to support the move), but they are nimble enough to make the required course corrections. Management is now on the right track with personnel changes, and has made cost-cutting moves to keep the company profitable.
