Pros
Regional office environment was exceptionally welcoming and cordial, as well as tight knit in problem resolution.
Cons
First and foremost, there is very little to almost no communication: across departments and across the company. If there is a problem, you will be the very last to know because no one else above you knows either. As a PV Designer, you will be expected to hit absurd design quotas regardless of the supply of actual jobs. You will find yourself working from before the sun rises to after the sun sets seven days a week in order to try and maintain numbers. The only time management reaches out is to tell you that you are not performing to the greatest of standards, with a strong focus on overhiring and then trimming "the fat" when a lack of work comes through - something that tends to happen at least once a year.
