Pros
It’s a big facility, plenty of places to have a mental breakdown. Though if you are in corporate you can day drink everyday and pretend to do your job correctly. So if you’re into working for a literal toxic fraternity this is the place for you.
Cons
The corruption and blatant oversight on how to run a business starts at the top and trickles down. This is a business that didn’t have an HR department for the first year they were open which speaks volumes as to how they handle things, not that anything became better once HR was an actual department because it’s still a fraternity/toxic environment. From heads of departments sleeping with employees to drug and alcohol use on the premises (during business hours) this place is a fecal storm everyone should stay away from. A place that chooses profit and infamy over the well being of its employees. Hiring and promoting people who have absolutely no business being in certain positions just adds to the corruption and broken communication. If the world truly knew what goes on behind the scenes they would not be winning any awards (corporate social responsibility) that are hilariously undeserving. Someone should take a step back and actually evaluate the things that go on behind the scenes, in almost every department.
