Pros
good volume of leads given staffing levels at the branch in which i worked and ran, quality of leads were good too, although that was largely in part due to my input in running the marketing elements within said branch. products were good and forward thinking and relatively speaking were reasonably priced. makes it easy to sell to customers with the right sales consultants and marketers on board.
Cons
no recognition and pay was average by comparison to other similar firms, bullish attitude towards managing staff which i did not agree with nor aspired to, compounded further by heavy micro management from the higher ups. they would benefit a lot from having more lateral elements within their management structure and less of the vertical/pyramid structure they had during my time, which only seem to fosters distrust among staff. customer after care service needs huge improvement, hopefully that has changed since I left
