Very low wages, no bonus per sales (even though most positions are sales and customer service based, no growth plans or consideration for employees unless you've been there for 3-5 years. NO A/C during Phoenix summers in the store.

It's a paycheck, which is about the only positive you can say. No benefits, little time off, no respect for individual personalities.

The owner is a tyrant that manages by fear. I guess he figures if all employees are constantly having their jobs threatened , they will stay in line. Motivation by incentives is an unknown concept,. Honestly, you get the impression that if all employees could be replaced by robots, they would do so.
