relatively nice co workers, decent pay, incentives

some supervisors( not all) have no leadership skills and if you make a mistake, they just go to whoever is higher on the ladder to tell on you rather than discussing it straight with you. Small CU, technological problems, especially in Vacaville, very frustrating to work with. Lots of politics, drama; they get hung up on technicalities, not practicalities, and fire people over dumb things

Nice coworkers and good working hours through out the week. They let you have vacation days but it’s seniority so that sucks.

They don’t pay enough and expect you to do more then what your job title entails. It’s a bunch of crap and when you ask for a raise they don’t want to give it to you and when you do get one it’s only a few cents.
