Pros

none at this point to be honest.

Cons

Would not recommend anyone to work here. They hire fresh graduates and exploit them with unrealistic expectations without industry standard compensation. Even Goldman Sachs managers don't treat their employees like Brandon does. "Normal" work hours for them is 9-7 5 days a week and maybe some weekend work. They do not treat people with respect. Please beware and avoid working here as the turnover is also super high.

Pros

* Given significant responsibility. Made a huge impact doing meaningful things, while learning a ton. * Nice bumps in comp when big deliverables are completed

Cons

They need employees that can figure out new things, since the industry is constantly shifting. Not everyone is good at that. Also, sometimes you have to work late to get big projects done.

Pros

The team under the two individuals leading the company is great, due to trauma bonding related to the two individuals leading the company.

Cons

Both individuals running the company have no ability to self-regulate their emotions. Both individuals are extreme micro-managers. Both individuals are chaotic and lack any form of structure. Both individuals are don't show up to work with the purpose of driving results or moving the ball down the field, but rather proving they are the smartest person in the room. The company leaders spend more time critiquing and micro-managing their employess than they do running the company.
