Pros

no pros, unless you negotiated a good salary from the beginning

Cons

the working environment is a dump, people you work around are not friendly, everyone is out for only themselves, the CEO only cares about money and not the well-being of their employees. owned by a Chinese group, so if you're not chinese then you are looked at as an outsider and nobody will want to talk to you or reach out to you... what a horrible horrible experience

Pros

A company that prides itself on strong values, and effective management. You'll find a supportive and encouraging team here, where everyone is willing to lend a hand. Overall great place to work!

Cons

Fast-paced work environment. If you prefer a slower-paced environment or simpler tasks, this is not for you. Very limited PTO which doesn't align with standard US PTO.

Pros

Zero to no Pros if you aren't Chinese.

Cons

If you are not part of the inner circle, expect a very frustrating experience. Communication across nearly every department is extremely poor. Many employees primarily speak Mandarin, which can make it difficult for non-Chinese speakers to communicate effectively and get the information they need to do their jobs. The company itself feels incredibly disorganized. The workplace often resembles a hoarder's house, with little structure, organization, or accountability. Emails frequently go unanswered, and important matters are ignored or left unresolved. Payroll issues seem to be a recurring problem, creating unnecessary stress for employees. Management is overly strict when it comes to tracking employees' time and closely monitors every hour worked, yet shows little flexibility or understanding when legitimate emergencies arise. Employees are often treated as if they are hourly workers regardless of their position, and time away for personal emergencies can result in pay disputes. The culture is equally disappointing. Employee morale suffers due to constant gossip, workplace drama, and a general lack of professionalism. Rather than fostering a supportive and respectful environment, the company creates unnecessary tension and frustration. Overall, this was one of the most disorganized and unpleasant workplaces I have experienced, and I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a professional, well-managed work environment.
