They'll overwork you everyday even till 2am, talk very rudely, and use you as a escape goat. - Toxic office culture with everyone gossiping about how bad the management is. Leaving Sogolytics is the most common joke cause people can't leave as they are in bond. - No space in office, no proper computer setups, doesn't give laptops, stinky toilets - They have software to track your hours. You work a minute less than 8hour and you get scolded. You work for 16 hours and you get no added pay. - No room for innovation, you have no opinions, there is a total labor exploitation culture here. - Bad pay - Saturday working - Sometimes they make you work on Sundays and even on festivals - Management over promise client on how quick product can be delivered. Now to meet the promised timeline, employees have to overwork with pressure. Shows how management lacks strong character to lead and don't care about employees - Management is very rude.
