Pros
Opportunity to work on real tasks from day one.
Cons
No offer letter shared even after repeated follow-ups.
No formal onboarding process.
Unrealistic deadlines without proper documentation (no README files or project handover).
Zero technical or managerial support; responses were often “you have to do it yourself.”
Unprofessional and rude communication tone from management/HR.
Mentally exhausting and toxic work environment.
Employees are expected to deliver without clarity, tools, or support.
Advice to Management
Before onboarding any employee, ensure that a formal offer letter is issued and a structured onboarding process is followed. Provide proper project documentation, realistic timelines, and a basic support system. Employees are as important as clients without them, delivery is not possible.
Overall Experience
My experience was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly requesting an offer letter, none was provided. Tasks were assigned with short deadlines but without essential documentation or support. After only four days, I was unfairly held responsible for project-related issues and terminated. It felt like I was brought in only to complete immediate tasks and then removed. I would advise candidates to be cautious and ensure all documentation is in place before joining.
