Worked here for around 8 years. In my experience, the actual salary and benefits provided were not fully aligned with what was mentioned in the offer letter. I also faced concerns related to salary structure transparency, statutory benefits, deductions, settlement delays, and employee discontinuation procedures. Related complaints are currently under consideration before the concerned labour authorities. Prospective employees are advised to obtain proper written clarification regarding salary structure, PF, gratuity, bonus eligibility, deductions, notice terms, and settlement policies before joining.
