I’ve been working here as a Senior .NET Engineer and it’s been a great experience so far. The team is friendly and collaborative, and there’s a lot of trust and autonomy in how you approach your work. The projects are meaningful, and you’re given space to contribute ideas and make technical decisions. Overall, a solid place to work if you’re looking for a balance of challenge and flexibility.
Cons
On the downside, some internal processes can be a bit slow to change, and cross-team communication could be improved.
