1) Friendly and helpful colleagues 2) Flexible working hour 3) Able to learn state of the art technologies from global leader in Integration domain 4) Connections to network of talented co-workers around the globe
Cons
1) No career advancement\path 2) Preferential treatment to limited amount of pool of people on promotion 3) Customer handling can be improved by sticking to the contract terms and not too pampering customers. Additional work out of scope will add additional stress to the employees and the lost of revenue of the company 4) Training on the third party technologies that one required to carry out is non-existence even though frequently requested.
