Pros
Good Work Life Balance. Never faced any pressure in my 4 years of tenure. Compensation is matched with Product MNCs such as Oracle, CISCO etc but lesser than Start ups.
Cons
People are under employed and they don't utilise their full potential. You often get bored with lack of challenging work to do. There is no differential if you perform or not. Everything is just averaged out.
