Pros
The team culture here is incredibly supportive. I've never felt left alone with a problem or an open question; management and colleagues are always ready to help and find answers together. The people are genuinely pleasant to work with, and it's hard to imagine a conflict that couldn't be resolved constructively. It's a very collaborative and positive atmosphere.
Cons
As a team that values thoroughness, the decision-making process for new internal initiatives can sometimes be slower than ideal, though it always leads to a well-thought-out result.
