      The culture is changing for good: new technologies, agile methods, innovation, new leaders... It is a good place to work!

      It is not uncommon to find people (also leadership) with an old mindset.

      Pros

      Softplan is a small company that sells architectural design software. The biggest pro was my fellow employees.

      Cons

      There is absolutely zero opportunity to grow inside the company. Your income is highly dependent on your territory as well and laws and codes of those particular territories.
