Pros
Early it was nice company. But after hiring new person in management company situation going bad day by day. and COO is putting blind trust on them.
Cons
-Management can give any work to any employee and expecting 100% output on that and if you can't give output then they can terminate any time to employees. -3 month notice period policy and the company can extend that as long as they want. -very egoistic management. if you say anything about them then your job will be in trouble. -The HR team is always busy they don't have time to listen to any queries of employees. -don't trust on positive review posted on glassdoor. as it's all are posted by HR and marketing team for cover other reviews.
