Pros

Awesome management. These guys are the best, respectful and genuinely care about their employees and clients. Solid pay structure. Every single person that works here is a joy to have around, it's like a family away from home. The job itself is challenging but not enough for it to be stressful.

Cons

The office could definitely be a bit bigger, which I'm sure is in the pipeline.

Pros

- Had remote work options - Coworkers were mostly nice - Ok work-life balance

Cons

- Poor management, low pay, lack of opportunities for career advancement (if you're desperate, come here for a job, not a real career). - Deceptive towards clients and employees. - Micromanagement and poor communication from management. - While colleagues were generally nice to work with, technical expertise was lacking, even among director-level employees....titles really don't mean anything here. - The agency is basically kept afloat by one large client that has family ties to Softline's owners. If you're desperate enough to work for Softline, you may have to work with this client at some point, so be warned - this client is extremely rude and difficult to work with, very demanding, and has unrealistic and unreasonable expectations. You'll basically be the client's punching bag and spend your time doing "soul sucking work" (to quote one of my former colleagues who worked on this account). This contributes to high turnover rates and low morale. - Didn't provide remote work equipment even though they're legally required to for W-2 employees - Raises, if given, were minimal and barely qualified as a COLA. - No 401k, minimal PTO & sick days
