However, along the way, it sometimes feels like the company jumps from one trend to another without a consistent long-term goal or product strategy.
Another point to be aware of is the company’s strict approach to performance and project outcomes. They aren’t afraid to let people go if a project doesn’t meet business objectives or if an employee is underperforming. From a business standpoint, that’s understandable, but from an employee perspective, it’s something you should definitely be aware of and factor in before applying.
