The people you directly work with (coworkers) are great.

Many years, they do not give increases in pay. The CEO was prosecuted for skimming money from the company. Management, in general, was bad. One guy accused me of lying on my resume in a meeting. He did not understand my job nor what I was doing. Another manager was robot like and not sympathetic at all.
