Pros
nothing only flexible timing. salary on 7th of every month
Cons
This company seriously lacks basic employee benefits and professionalism. There’s no proper holiday plan, even government-declared holidays get adjusted later, forcing us to work on Saturdays. There are no proper PF, bonus, or gratuity benefits everything is just added in the salary slip on paper. Maternity benefits and women’s rights are completely ignored. it feels disappointing to see no real support system in place. During small issues like water shortage, instead of arranging work from home facilities to females, HR told female staff to use McDonald’s washrooms nearby. is that how a company should treat its employees?. There is no insurance coverage, neither term insurance nor medical policy. provided to employees. Even for PF, management insists on cutting the full contribution from the employee’s salary, which goes completely against standard rules. When I refused, HR suggested switching to an invoice-based setup just to save the company from government compliance. It clearly shows that management is more focused on avoiding obligations than supporting employee careers and long-term growth. To make things worse, several sister companies have been opened, and employees are constantly transferred from one to another. This is confusing and feels like a way to escape legal and financial responsibilities. Is this even fair to employees?
