      Pros

      The management cares about it's employees and provides direction when requested. The staff at SoftPlan is second to none. SoftPlan is a great place to work.

      Cons

      Can be very hectic during parts of the year with drastic slowdowns druing the summer due to builders schedules. The insurance package could be more robust.

      Pros

      At SoftPlan, you are expected to hit your sales goals each month. The company owners also DO NOT like the used car sales approach. SoftPlan truly does want to satisfy their current and future software users.

      Cons

      There is no "outside the box thinking". If they wanted a suggestion, they'd tell you the suggestion and then you simply complied.
