Lacks leadership, direction, and integrity - Programmer SoftBank Robotics Employee Review

Leadership is completely lacking. No clear direction for the products. Unrealistic and delusional goals, without any semblance of thought-out plans on how to achieve them. Very little communication between leadership and the rest of the staff. Leadership lacks integrity and turns a blind eye to some very questionable behaviors. Just a lot of empty talk from leadership.
