Pros
It was a point in my life that I want to look for a career change. Someone I knew told me to apply at Soft Tech. I was asked to interview for a recruiting analyst position and had a one-on-one with the CEO. Despite having no prior experience in the field, she was willing to get me trained and take a chance on me. The company culture is extremely uplifting. It’s not every day that you can see the CEO and get training directly from her. Everybody in the back office is very supportive and wants to help you to improve. Whenever possible, they promote from within rather than hiring a new employee (given that the skills are sufficient to move up). I get help from my direct supervisor and other managers. The perks and benefits are great just like any other tech company. As a member of the back office team, they work with you to achieve a work-life balance. I've been employed here for only one year and I have already been to two workshops; get spoiled with mentorship twice a month. The company is willing to invest in any employee if they show that they want to improve their skills and get ahead. I've never worked anywhere with people that wanted to help me to succeed as much as this company.
Cons
I have been here one year and have not encountered any downside about this job yet.
