Pros

Can be an option for freshers or candidates with no other job offers Provides exposure to real-time project work.

Cons

Lack of proper training: There is no structured onboarding or training process. Employees are expected to start working immediately without adequate guidance. Unrealistic expectations: Tasks are assigned without sufficient time, making it difficult to learn or deliver quality work. Work-life balance issues: Frequent overtime is expected, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Poor learning environment: Instead of encouraging problem-solving or debugging, there is pressure to quickly deliver code (always relying heavily on AI), which limits real skill development. Low salary growth: Salary hikes are minimal and not aligned with effort or performance. Strict and rigid policies: The workplace feels overly restrictive (fixed timings, limited interaction), creating a school-like environment rather than a professional one. Weak HR and management: Communication, employee support, and overall management practices need significant improvement.

Pros

The company offers good exposure to real-world projects and you get the chance to learn a lot in a short time. The work culture is decent, and teammates are generally supportive

Cons

There is a high level of work pressure, and job stability can feel uncertain at times. One major concern is that employees are sometimes moved to new technologies or domains without their consent, which can be stressful and affect career planning. Communication regarding role or technology changes could be improved.
