Pros
- Friendly upfront - Succesful product - Possibility to become manager of store without any experience whatsoever
Cons
- Low wage, even for managers - Benefits are almost non-existent for full-time employees - Corporate wants you to devote everything to them, even if they can only afford you 1-2 shifts per week - Training systems are very weak. Yes, it's a soda shop, but it should be more than what it is. - Want rank-and-file employees, not much room for alternative ideas/suggestions - Very cliquey (from top management to lower teams) - Growing too much for their own good (inside and outside observants noted) - NOT organized at all, systems and communications are all over the place - Like to cut hours immediately, without much (or any) notice to their employees - Upper management seemed to make decisions without much thought or research, and therefore had a lot of crises pop up all the time
