Hi, the positions we advertise are not graduate schemes and we do offer a guaranteed base pay, regardless of performance. Pyramid schemes are illegal and require individuals to pay to join in which they then have to recruit others in order to move up. We do not and have never operated on this model - there is no joining fee and nor do we ask anyone to recruit others into our organisation. Our recruitment source is from candidates applying directly through our adverts when we have roles available. All applicants invited to a first stage zoom appointment with us have the opportunity to ask us questions once the appointment has concluded.
