Pros

Get to work on a wide variety of telecommunications services and technologies. If you're willing to learn in your own, work long hours (yet can't accumulate overtime....), You can really pick up a lot of skills to go places in the industry. And most people who do well, move on to do so.

Cons

Little to no training. Pay is way below what it should be. Chaotic environment. Management doesn't seem to recognize the difficulty if seeing up these services and any issues with turn up or conversions tend to fall on the provisioners, even if they only became involved in the project at the last minute. Not all employees treated equally. Bulk of work will fall on select individuals who stick their neck out, while others fly under the radar, and do little work and have little responsibilities in comparison.

This is a growing company even during current (possibly stagnation) times. Company was recently bought out.

Cons

Leftover management from before buyout.
