-Really bad management (they like to gaslight, manipulate and always 'ada udang disebalik batu' , pilih kasih) -No more monthly activities held by the company -No proper guidance -Bad leader -Leader lepas tangan, bad at leadership

Colleagues are the only good thing here. Mostly youngster and is friendly and supportive. The office itself is very comfortable and has nice amenities.

1. Bosses - Many reviews say AL is hard to get without proper reason and it is true. Also not very interested to hear more new and refreshing ideas instead sticking with old inefficient ways. Not approve you take leave until you begging or even you on MC or leave need to do works. Also boss is not that professional and does gossip culture. 2. Workload - Really focus on client needs. On MC or Leave need to reply client or do changes. And they have a lot of activities once or twice a month compulsory. Yes, they want work life balance. But Its already a lot of works to finish, having compulsory activity there is no personal time. These activities are badly managed also. 3. Not really a place to grow. Most of colleagues been assigned the same task for years. Just an OK place to kickstart your career.
