      Pros

      As a regular event technology company, COVID could have been the end of this company, instead, the leadership team was fast to react, and turned it into an opportunity (growing our team by almost 2x) in a way I haven't previously witnessed in my 10 years of software-co experience.

      Cons

      Communication at times can be challenging, which is a common problem with companies growing at this speed. Internal tools have been implemented to address the issues. Well see!

      Pros

      Socio is such a friendly place to work at because they give you all of the resources and support you would need to success. The decision makers of the company were ahead of the trend and were always propelling the company to new and exciting places. Employees at Socio are always self-motivated because hardwork is recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

      During my time at Socio (2019-2020), the salary and benefits they offered did not meet my expectations.

      Pros

      Flexible Schedule with a good company culture.

      Cons

      Not so much about Socio, but being a BDR is tough. It's a grind of a job and I don't think it presented well when you are interviewing for jobs.
