Pros
- Amazing team that keeps growing with more and more talent.
- CEO is always accessible, and truly cares about the well-being and success of each individual team member. When there is a concern, suggestion, or request, he takes time to consider it carefully- always with the intention of improving the lives of his employees.
- More perks consistently get added. A decent health/vision/dental plan and Taco Tuesday used to be the main attraction. Employees now enjoy free barista-brewed beverages and a free full gym membership thanks to growing agency partnerships. There are plans to improve our health and dental as well.
- Office space is fun and unique with free local beer on tap, free parking, minutes from downtown with gorgeous views.
- Base salary has seen vast improvements. While it still remains relatively average industry-wise, the bonus structure offers a significant salary boost overall.
