Pros

Startup office culture was enticing - young colleagues, free coffee and snacks, office beers on Fridays, happy hours, etc. However, not worth the low pay, poor management, and extremely high churn rate and mass firings.

Cons

High churn rate, people including myself left positions because of promised opportunities and high commissions when we were met with poor training, terrible management, VPs that only cared out their own commissions and not their team, and a high-stress environment.

Pros

Work culture was nice overall, and typical of a startup. I was part of the short-lived LA office that no longer exists. Most of the staff I worked with online in Baltimore were great! Management tried to visit occasionally and were always friendly. Decent set of clients that are great with getting experience working with big companies / brands.

Cons

Other reviews are correct, the turnover rates were pretty bad. Some days multiple employees, even in our tiny office, were fired without much explanation. And seeing how the LA office no longer exists, this trend only continued. This is pretty standard at a lot of startups, but the employees that are there and working hard make this a good place to work. The ST platform has grown a lot but needs to adapt even more to compete with larger firms. The fan sites we assembled were often very blocky and disjointed, some clients getting a lot more customization over another.
