Company culture! Competitive salary, comprehensive company sponsored benefit program, flex schedule, work from home opportunities, dog friendly, easy commute, self driven but team supported work environment. It's very collaborative while still encouraging independent thinking - everyone has a voice. Exciting, innovative, ever evolving, and very current product/tool.
Cons
Not really a con (at least in my book)... interviews are thorough. The expectation is that you'll hit the ground running. Looking for seekers of success, not ladder climbers.
