The benefits and pay are competitive, with unlimited PTO, which further demonstrates their commitment to work-life balance. The company is focused on what it does best, with the right people in place, and clear role definitions. There's no confusion over responsibilities, and everyone is aligned and supportive. Depending on your department, management is very supportive. There is a real sense of collaboration and team work. This is a good place to start your career. If you value work-life balance and a healthy work environment, this place has that.

If you are new to your field or just starting out this company is great. If you are experienced, this company just can't pay at the going rate. Most people seem to work here 3-5 years and then move on. If you are more concerned with money than work environment, this is not a good fit for you.
