Pros
+ Startup culture, youthful, bright millennial minds, great locations in Austin and Fort Worth, stepping stone, opportunity to wear many hats, CEO is truly a good person at his core. If you don't care about pay, this is a good place to build your résumé right after college.
Cons
- Employees are underpaid, undervalued and overworked. Leadership plays favorites. Very easy to burn out quickly here. I didn't even realize how bad it was until I left and joined a company that actually cares about their employees' well-being and personal/professional development. - Over-promising to clients does not set the company or employees up for success, and ultimately leads to both client and talent turnover. Employees are worked to the bone due to unrealistic client expectations, and leadership cares much more about billable hours than work/life balance.
