Pros

Impressive client roster of elite sports personalities and brands, making for some genuinely memorable projects and experiences. Opportunities to develop your skills, build industry experience, and collaborate with talented professionals. Access to industry standard filming equipment. Central London office in the heart of Borough, with excellent transport links and plenty of amenities nearby.

Cons

Very small team, which means workloads can become intense during busy periods. Staff benefits are minimal compared to many other companies in the industry. Overtime and weekend work are not officially mandatory, but there is often pressure to take on additional hours when workloads increase. A TOIL (Time Off in Lieu) system exists, but time back is not always guaranteed and can feel as though it is treated as a favour rather than reasonable compensation for additional hours worked. Senior management can be slow to respond to requests for equipment upgrades, replacements, and salary reviews. In my team, no one received an appraisal for over 16 months despite repeated postponements, while employees in other departments received reviews during the same period. This had a significant negative impact on morale and motivation. Management's reluctance to offer genuine salary increases is a pattern; after years of service, my first raise was a minimum wage adjustment masqueraded as a reward.
