Pros
The events they activate are pretty cool and there are some good people working there. But not many.
Cons
Where do I start?
When I first started they paid me as a W2 employee, but a few months later switched me over to a W9 without changing any of my responsibilities. This protected them for when they eventually laid me off and made it harder for me to get unemployment. Very sketchy.
Senior management talks smack behind the backs of their colleagues and in-market staff, creating friction, tension and lack of trust that permeated through the work experience.
Bald face lies, willful half truths and misrepresentations from leadership that exploited staffers and hindered managers ability to achieve goals.
Everyone on staff here is just looking out for themselves and will throw freelancers under the bus for self preservation.
Last minute changes, last minute travel, last minute staffing, last minute everything.
CEO is dishonest.
