Pros
Literally nothing, really nothing. Nope, not at all.
Cons
1. Lack of Management: They attempt to micromanage your work despite having no professional background in your field. He/she throws out ideas about tasks and forces you to implement them, even if they are technically incorrect.
2. Employee Safety Neglected: They disregard employee safety, requiring staff to come to work during a winter storm, putting them at risk.
3. No R&R or Training: There are no defined roles and responsibilities, nor is there any training provided. You are expected to handle tasks outside your field and study related materials on your own time, including weekends.
4. Inappropriate Behavior: One manager asked me, "Do you have any social communication disorder?" I seriously considered legal action that day but decided to quit instead to avoid further interaction with them.
5. Unsanitary Conditions: The kitchen, restrooms, and overall environment are dirty.
