2yHi There! Thank you so much for your review. We agree that we work with some pretty great people and are proud of the culture we are building. While we don't offer a 401k match at this time, it is top of mind for our Benefits Team to continue to expand our offerings for our employees.
We sincerely appreciate everything you do for our members. In regards to the outsourcing of agents, we have made this decision to give us more scheduling flexibility for SoFi employees and to better service our members by expanding our hours of operation without negatively impacting our employees. In addition, these contingent workers provide back up support for weather events or technology issues that sometimes occur at our Florida and Utah sites.
