3yWe sincerely appreciate your candid, honest feedback - it's the only way we will continue to improve and achieve our ambitions of becoming a 'best place to work' caliber company. We're happy to hear you felt your pay and benefits were competitive. That said, most of your comments are troubling to hear. We're sorry if your mental health was affected working here, and we hope you were able to take advantage of some of the benefits we have to support our employees' wellbeing. Additionally, you may have left before we rolled out our revamped manager training for new managers and newly promoted managers, which is designed to give them the tools to manage with empathy and best support their teams. Again, thanks for the review, we appreciate the time you spent working at SoFi, and wish you the best in your next job!
