Hello, and thank you for your candid feedback. In true SoFi fashion, we are always looking to learn, iterate, and innovate - and we can't do that without constructive feedback like yours. We are very sorry to hear your time at SoFi has not met your expectations. While we're happy you have enjoyed some of the tangible and intangible benefits we offer employees, we are sorry to hear you feel a lack of transparency and barriers to do your job. We are aware of some of the challenges from a tools perspective, and can assure you that we are working on identifying a more efficient and streamlined system. We frequently review employee compensation to ensure it is fair and competitive based on external market data and individual performance. Additionally, we realize cross-team communication is an area of improvement - our most recent employee survey data showed that this is top of mind for many of our employees.
